Honor bestowed on the alum of the “Innovation Crossroads” program by the Cleantech Group.It was a big recognition for Nth Cycle, a member of the second cohort of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory-managed “Innovation Crossroads” program.The company that was co-founded by Megan O’Connor, who serves as Chief Executive Officer, was one of two start-ups recognized by Cleantech Group as a “Rising Star Company of the Year.” The recognition came for Nth Cycle’s modular system to refine critical metals from e-waste using a unique electro-extraction process. The other honoree in that category was ChargerHelp! which performs on-demand repairs and maintenance support for charging stations.
