Join the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) on Wednesday, Sept. 4, from 1-2 p.m. ET for a webinar on the Lab-Embedded Entrepreneurship Program (LEEP). LEEP is a two-year funded fellowship program that supports early-stage clean energy startups and/or emerging technologies with the support needed to develop and transition their ideas into the market. During the fellowship, participants receive entrepreneurial training and access to world-class facilities and expertise at one of four US national laboratories. The webinar will present information about the program to potential applicants interested in joining LEEP’s 2025 Cohort, which opens for application Sept. 4.

The webinar will provide potential applicants with an overview of LEEP and an opportunity to ask questions regarding the program and how to apply. Representatives from the DOE as well as from the individual LEEP nodes located at the national labs will be available to address applicant questions.
